Job: Senior Platform Engineer (Azure) at Rackspace Technology

Are you an experienced Azure expert looking to lead the cloud transformation? Rackspace Technology is a leading provider of expertise and managed services for all major public and private cloud technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable services in collaboration with engineering and architecture teams.
• Perform cloud engineering tasks in German-speaking agile teams following best practices.
• Build and deploy new cloud solutions using cloud-native components.
• Develop automated cloud environments, CI/CD pipelines, and supporting service frameworks.
• Present architectures to customers, from developers to senior leadership.

Required Qualifications

• Extensive practical experience in architecture and implementation of complex cloud solutions.
• Deep understanding of public cloud architectures, especially in Azure.
• Strong knowledge of automation tools like Ansible, Terraform, containerization, and CI/CD technologies.
• Consultative mindset with excellent communication skills in German.
