Key Responsibilities

• Build tooling that enables product delivery teams to go from idea to production safely and rapidly
• Collaborate with other engineering teams to understand needs and translate them into practical platform solutions
• Design and implement solutions to improve scalability, reliability, and developer experience
• Contribute to ongoing learning and improvement through active participation in retrospectives and other agile ceremonies
• Work as part of a flexible support rota to triage and facilitate requests from other engineers

Required Qualifications

• Solid communication skills and collaborative approach to development
• Hands-on experience with AWS or another major cloud provider
• Familiarity with security best practices and automation tools
• Experience with Terraform, CDK, CloudFormation, TypeScript, CloudWatch, Grafana, Datadog, Cloud Native/Serverless architectures, and networking basics
• Experience contributing to the operation of production systems in a distributed or cloud environment
