🏢 About Maki
This role is for you if you want to shape how a fast-moving tech company runs and protects its workplace. You’re curious about how systems work and how they can break, and you enjoy making them both easier to use and harder to misuse.

You’ll be building automation that removes manual work from our IT and security operations, deploying and hardening our macOS fleet through MDM, owning identity and access management across our tools, defining and maintaining workplace and security processes, monitoring our environment, and handling support requests.

Deploying and hardening our macOS fleet through MDM: enrollment, role-based app sets, security baselines, patch compliance, and encryption
Owning identity and access management across our tools: onboarding and offboarding workflows, least-privilege access, SSO and MFA hygiene
Defining and maintaining workplace and security processes, and helping Maki meet the certification, customer, and regulatory requirements that come with them
Monitoring our environment, running vulnerability assessments on our internal tools and infrastructure, and following findings through to remediation
Handling support requests across hardware, software, and network issues, seeing them through to resolution, and turning the recurring ones into something that doesn’t come back
