• Support product teams (AI, SaaS, Data) as a platform partner and enabler
• Participate in on-call rotations and incident management, with actionable postmortems
• Contribute to security topics (IAM, RBAC, SSO, dependency scanning)
• Work on FinOps initiatives: cost visibility, optimization, and performance/budget trade-offs
• Actively contribute to the 2026 platform roadmap and deliver key platform components
• Propose and drive improvements to the overall platform maturity

Good knowledge of observability tools (Datadog, Grafana, or similar). Comfortable using Python or TypeScript for automation and tooling. Autonomous, pragmatic, delivery-focused, and continuously improving. Strong communicator with a genuine enabler mindset toward product teams. Interest in FinOps and/or security topics.
