Job Overview

We're seeking an experienced Senior DevOps Engineer to join our team at Stack AI. This role is pivotal in designing, building, and managing the systems that power our AI-driven platform. Key Responsibilities

• Own cloud infrastructure: Design, implement, and maintain our infrastructure focusing on scalability, security, and cost-efficiency.

• Build automation: Drive Infrastructure as Code (IaC) to standardize, automate, and enhance the reliability of our environments.

• Streamline CI/CD: Architect and maintain pipelines to boost developer productivity and ensure zero-downtime deployments.

• Enable observability & security: Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting and uphold compliance best practices.

• Collaborate across teams: Work closely with engineers to refine architecture, accelerate deployments, and support strategic initiatives.

• Experiment & improve: Explore new tools, optimize workflows, and continuously refine our DevOps practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud, or Infrastructure engineering.

• Proven expertise with Kubernetes, Terraform, Docker, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).

• Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, and/or GCP.

• Strong background in CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, GitLab CI, etc.).

• Comfort with scripting/programming (Python, Bash, or similar).

• Experience with monitoring & observability (Grafana, Prometheus, Datadog, etc.).

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills, capable of thriving in a fast-paced startup environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with FluxCD or similar GitOps tools.

• Familiarity with security/compliance frameworks (SOC 2, HIPAA).

• Previous startup experience.

Compensation

Salary Range: $130,000 - $210,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and skills.
