🎯 The Role

We're looking for a Senior Platform Engineer to join our growing team focused on creating world-class engineering capabilities for our clients, which include everything from cutting-edge cloud solutions to long-standing legacy systems. In this role, you’ll play a key part in improving technology landscape by bringing your expertise in platform engineering and strong software engineering skills. You'll be navigating across services, platforms, and teams to make sure quality is built in at every step.

✅ Key Responsibilities

• A strong background in platform or software engineering, with proven experience designing, building, and maintaining scalable developer centric platforms (e.g., CI/CD pipelines, IaC with Terraform, developer workflows, and observability solutions).
• Proven ability to design, build, and maintain infrastructure and tools.
• Skilled at implementing best practices in observability, platform reliability, and cost optimisation.
• A security conscious approach to platform engineering, with experience in security management practices such as vulnerability management, policy enforcement, and embedding security into platform design.
• Familiarity with tools and technologies such as AWS, Terraform, Bitbucket, Git, and Python/Java.
• Working knowledge of security scanning and code quality tooling such as Snyk or SonarQube.
• Experience with identity, secrets, and certificate management platforms such as Okta, HashiCorp Vault, or Venafi.
• A strategic mindset, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders to establish frameworks for defining, tracking, and reporting on business impact.
• Experience collaborating across diverse teams and business units to align platform engineering efforts with a variety of tech stacks and strategic business goals.

• Previous experience working within a fast-paced, client-facing consulting role.
• Demonstrable experience navigating the complexities of large-scale enterprise environments.
