Our geo-based, AI-powered SaaS product handles complex address processing, dynamic routing, and navigation. It is built to manage many stops and multiple constraints.

🎯 The Role

You will be joining a highly impactful role where you will balance hands-on technical execution (approx. 60%) with strategic stakeholder engagement and mentorship (approx. 40%).
Our current tech stack: AWS(CDK, EC2, ECS, S3, EventBridge, SQS, Location Services, API Gateway), Pulumi, Kotlin, New Relic, Snowflake, PagerDuty, GitHub, GitHub Actions, GitHub Copilot and Claude Code.

✅ Key Responsibilities

• Driving the evolution and stabilization of our central authentication systems
• Taking ownership of our infrastructure's observability, scalability, security, and cost-efficiency, in close collaboration with teams and stakeholders
• Implementing infrastructure-as-code across our ecosystem
• Providing Mentorship for platform senior engineers, guiding their professional growth, and fostering strong cross-team collaboration
• Implementing the company vision by championing DevOps culture, and establishing platform engineering best practices across the organization
• Challenging technical directions constructively and sharing your insights openly, while always being a team player who fully backs the squad's final decisions

📌 Required Qualifications

• Deep proficiency and hands-on experience operating within AWS environment
• Proven experience leading infrastructure migration projects spanning multiple teams
• Experience actively mentoring other engineers
• Security-minded approach to platform engineering
• Strong background in system operations, specifically with Linux/Unix
• A proven ability to constructively challenge viewpoints while consistently aligning with the best interests of the organization
• A strong preference for a hybrid setup that blends remote flexibility with 2 days of on-site collaboration in our Kreuzberg office

⭐ Desirable Experience

• Experience with AI workloads, MLOps, AWS Bedrock, Agentcore, or Snowflake Cortex
• Proven experience leading large-scale infrastructure migration projects spanning multiple teams
• Fluency in a programming language such as Python or similar
• AWS certifications
