🎯 The Role

As a Platform Engineer, you will be responsible for architecting and implementing critical infrastructure components, ensuring secure and efficient software delivery, and contributing to the overall platform strategy.

✅ Key Responsibilities

• You will take on the digital heart of our identity management, develop our central IAM infrastructure and the associated workflows, and build custom Self-Service Portals based on TypeScript.
• You will become the architect for our Event Streaming, take technical responsibility for our Apache Kafka infrastructure, and define binding message formats so that development teams can work completely autonomously with topics.
• As a shield for our software supply chain, you will design the architecture of our update servers and artifact repositories and ensure that releases are tamper-proof through code signing and integrity checks.
• You will implement holistic monitoring and status page concepts for our platform components to monitor critical dependencies, proactively minimize outages, and secure our SLAs.
• Together with your team, you will bring complex infrastructures online and design, develop, and document with the clear goal of creating scalable and sustainable solutions for business-critical services.
• You will look far beyond the horizon in interface management, establish guidelines for other development teams, and actively shape our far-reaching architectural decisions.
