You will work across Platform Engineering, Kubernetes, CI/CD, DevSecOps, and solution architecture, combining strategic platform thinking with hands-on implementation.

🎯 The Role

As a Senior DevSecOps Platform Engineer, you will be part of a team responsible for both evolving existing platform capabilities and building the next generation of the development platform. The Software Factory supports the full software lifecycle — from code and build to testing, security scanning, artifact management, deployment, and operations. A key challenge will be balancing stable operations and delivery with long-term modernization, standardization, automation, and maintainability. The environment also places strong demands on security and includes on-premises and security-classified environments. This is a hands-on role where architecture and implementation go together.

✅ Key Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the target architecture for the development platform and its DevSecOps capabilities
• Design platform architecture for software development, CI/CD, automation, and security integration
• Build and evolve Kubernetes-based platform capabilities
• Define integration architecture between development tools, infrastructure, and identity platforms
• Drive migration and consolidation of existing development toolchains
• Develop roadmaps and strategies for platform transformation
• Ensure scalability, security, governance, and lifecycle management across the platform
• Operate and continuously improve platform services in production
• Collaborate with platform engineers, security specialists, and business stakeholders
• Help establish a sustainable long-term Platform Engineering capability
