Principal MLOps Platform Engineer

Job Overview

AHEAD builds platforms for digital business. By weaving together advances in cloud infrastructure, automation and analytics, and software delivery, we help enterprises deliver on the promise of digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Build IaC with Terraform or AWS CDK.


• Implement CI/CD (CodePipeline, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI).


• Configure CloudWatch and OpenTelemetry for LLM observability.


• Manage environment isolation and prompt/model versioning.


• Implement containerization with Docker, ECS Fargate, or EKS.


• Track platform costs using CloudWatch budgets.

Required Qualifications

• Deep AWS operational expertise.


• Strong observability skills.


• Proven container orchestration experience.


• High bar for reliability and cost efficiency.


• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or similar.


• AWS Solutions Architect Associate or Professional certification.


• Kubernetes/CNCF certifications.
