Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, architects, senior developers, and users to translate business needs into maintainable technical solutions.
Participate in Agile ceremonies, backlog refinement, sprint planning, peer reviews, demonstrations, testing, and release activities.
Troubleshoot defects, improve application and report performance, and provide production support with appropriate escalation of complex issues.
Create and maintain configuration documentation, technical procedures, release notes, and knowledge-transfer materials.
Apply federal security, privacy, records-management, accessibility, and governance requirements throughout the solution lifecycle.
Contribute reusable components, share lessons learned, and support consistent Power Platform development practices.
