🎯 The Role

The Site Reliability Engineering team helps keep Immuta’s products reliable, deployable, and maintainable in production. The team builds software and automation, works with AWS and other cloud services, and improves how applications are released, operated, monitored, and supported. As an intern, you’ll work alongside engineers who build the systems and tools that help software run reliably at scale.

✅ Key Responsibilities

• Build software and services that support the deployment, operation, and maintenance of Immuta’s products.
• Work with teammates to improve how software is released, operated, monitored, and maintained.
• Gain experience connecting software development with cloud services, production systems, and reliability.
• Apply your programming and problem-solving skills to practical systems and infrastructure challenges.
• Learn how engineers investigate issues, improve systems, and make software more reliable over time.
• Take ownership of well-scoped work, communicate your progress, and ask questions when you need context or support.

📌 Required Qualifications

• A foundation in software engineering and experience with at least one programming language.
• Interest in learning new software, systems, and technologies, including Go.
• Interest in the broader software lifecycle, including building, deploying, operating, and maintaining applications.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

⭐ Desirable Experience

• Experience beyond coursework, such as building or deploying an application, an internship, a hackathon, or a side project.

$25 - $30 an hour
