developing and enhancing a platform built around event-driven architecture and parallel workflows,
building and improving observability and end-to-end traceability across distributed systems,
implementing resilience and reliability mechanisms to support stable and scalable services,
contributing to deployment strategies ensuring safe and controlled releases,
developing and maintaining tooling supporting SDK generation and contract management.
Your profile:
experience as a Platform Engineer, DevOps Engineer, Site Reliability Engineer, or in a similar role,
hands-on experience working with event-driven systems in production environments,
strong knowledge of observability concepts and tools (e.g. OpenTelemetry or similar),
experience with deployment strategies and safe rollout practices,
ability to work independently with a strong sense of ownership, while collaborating effectively across technical teams,
practical experience using AI-powered assistants (e.g. Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor) to improve productivity, quality, or decision-making in software delivery,
good command of English (min. B2).
Work from the European Union region and a work permit are required.
Nice to have:
experience with GCP and Pub/Sub,
familiarity with Avro, schema contracts, or SDK publishing,
experience with reliability engineering and platform operations at scale,
experience applying GenAI in a more structured way within the SDLC, including defined workflows, prompt patterns, or tool integrations embedded into daily work,
interest in and familiarity with emerging AI-driven practices (e.g. agent-based workflows, automation patterns, AI-augmented development), with a willingness to explore and experiment beyond standard approaches.
