React Native Platform Engineer

Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Lead development on the React Native infrastructure that drives the OnePay mobile app


• Design and implement architectural patterns that solve complex problems at scale and empower feature development


• Collaborate with our Design and Product teams to build upon existing design systems


• Elevate existing standards around release management and CI/CD tooling


• Identify and address performance bottlenecks across devices and platforms

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional software development experience, with 5+ years working in React Native


• Deep understanding of React Native internals (architecture, performance, native module development)


• Experience building and maintaining React Native infrastructure at scale


• Experience with mobile build systems, testing frameworks, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment processes


• Experience working in cross-functional teams to drive architectural decisions


• Experience with mobile app security


• Proficiency in TypeScript, React Native, and native modules (Android/iOS)
