Senior Software Engineer - Platform Engineer position at Nooks, a company specializing in the AI Sales Assistant Platform (ASAP) that automates busywork for sales representatives. This is a full-time, hybrid work position located in San Francisco within the Engineering department.
Nooks is the AI Sales Assistant Platform (ASAP) that automates the busywork so reps can focus on the human part of selling and generate more sales pipeline. Nooks has helped thousands of sales reps hit quota, saved customers hundreds of thousands of hours, and powered hundreds of millions of dollars in pipeline. Nooks is loved by sales teams at companies like Hubspot, Rippling, and Toast, and hundreds more.
You will have an opportunity to own the core platform of a company at hypergrowth stage with lots of impactful work to be done. You will build out the foundations for the next 2-3 years and have full autonomy and leadership opportunities to drive your own projects with plenty of 0-1 work.
3-4x revenue / usage every year. Systems need to scale / rearchitected to handle this. Platform engineers bring unique skill set bringing critical balance. So our product engineers can continue shipping in-demand features.
Compensation at Nooks for eligible roles includes base salary, equity, and benefits. Base salary is a single component of the total compensation package, which may also include equity in the form of options, comprehensive health, dental, vision, life and disability insurance coverage, hybrid work, and unlimited paid time off.
The base salary range for this full-time position is $215K - $280K annually.
