Key Responsibilities

Infrastructure and System Management

• Architect and maintain infrastructure supporting high-volume AI-driven decisions.
• Ensure 99.97%+ uptime for critical retail operations across Fortune 500 clients.
• Develop and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines and automate infrastructure updates.
• Implement and uphold security measures compliant with SOC 2, GDPR, and ISO 27001 standards.
• Optimize AI/ML workflows in collaboration with engineering teams.
• Design and manage multi-tenant architectures ensuring security and efficiency.
• Integrate major enterprise systems like Shopify Plus, SAP, and Oracle Retail.

Requirements

Experience

• 6-10+ years in the industry with a focus on DevOps, including 4+ years managing cloud infrastructure, preferably AWS.
• Hands-on experience with production Kubernetes environments.

Technical Skills

• Expertise in AWS, Terraform, and GitOps practices.
• Proficiency in Docker and Kubernetes for container orchestration.
• Strong background in Python and Bash scripting.
• Experience with observability tools and security-focused network management.

Compensation

Salary Range: $160,000 - $220,000 per annum, based on experience and qualifications.
