Job Overview

We are looking for a Lead Platform Engineer - AI Trainer to join our team on a freelance basis. This is a remote position based in Romania, with an availability of 8-20 hours per week. The role involves enhancing the accuracy, depth, and real-world relevance of AI-powered engineering systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and refine AI-generated outputs related to platform engineering, system architecture, deployment workflows, and practical aspects of infrastructure management


• Evaluate AI responses for technical accuracy, practicality, and compliance with real-world requirements


• Draft realistic platform engineering scenarios based on your direct professional experience


• Create scenario variations from different perspectives (e.g., platform engineer, developer, operations, or stakeholder)


• Identify gaps, oversights, or weak reasoning in AI-generated engineering content

Required Qualifications

• A senior-level platform engineer with significant professional experience within the EU or UK


• Experienced in advising on, preparing, and executing platform engineering projects, including deployment, scaling, and infrastructure design


• Skilled at evaluating system architectures, technical decisions, and compliance with operational requirements


• Comfortable working independently and providing structured, critical feedback


• Available for 8–20 hours per week, with prompt availability
