Key Responsibilities

• Architect and maintain a robust, secure, and scalable cloud infrastructure utilizing AWS.
• Enhance and manage our CI/CD pipelines for efficient and secure deployments.
• Ensure system reliability in collaboration with AI, backend, and frontend teams.
• Implement and oversee observability tools like Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK for optimal performance monitoring.
• Promote and apply infrastructure-as-code methodologies using Terraform and Ansible.
• Address complex system performance issues including service uptime and latency.
• Influence tooling and architectural decisions to enhance our DevOps culture.
• Develop compliance-ready infrastructures that meet standards such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, and HIPAA.
• Contribute actively to coding and infrastructure management tasks.

Required Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of experience in DevOps or SRE roles.
• Expertise in building and scaling systems in cloud environments, especially AWS.
• Proficient in infrastructure automation, CI/CD, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Advanced skills in monitoring and alerting systems such as Prometheus and Grafana.
• Knowledge of security practices and compliance in the healthcare sector.
• Ability to script in Python or Bash.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in healthtech, startups, or regulated industries.
• Familiarity with Azure Cloud environments.
