We're seeking an experienced Senior DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic, remote-first tech company, GameChanger, based in New York City. This role focuses on enhancing our observability and performance monitoring systems to support the delivery of high-quality software products.

Key Responsibilities

System Reliability and Observability

• Define patterns and practices to evolve our observability stack.
• Establish a stable, secure, and scalable observability platform.
• Monitor critical services and set standards for future reliability initiatives.

Collaboration and Leadership

• Partner with engineering teams to influence architectural decisions and understand roadmaps.
• Build relationships across Platform, Security, Data, and Software teams to align platform capabilities with partner needs.

Requirements

Educational and Professional Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a DevOps, SRE, or similar role.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency with monitoring tools like Datadog or Prometheus.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools such as GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, and Jenkins.
• Strong understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, GitOps, and Agile methodologies.

Compensation

The target salary range for this position is $160,000 to $200,000, depending on experience. This total compensation package includes incentive, equity, and benefits for eligible roles.
