🎯 The Role

Join a high-growth healthcare SaaS provider dedicated to transforming patient outcomes through seamless technology. We’re looking for a strategic platform leader to scale our engineering culture, strengthen our cloud infrastructure, refine our technical roadmap, and mentor a high-performing team.

✅ Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a multi-functional platform engineering team, fostering a culture of ownership, operational excellence, and strong internal customer partnership.
• Define and guide the architecture of shared platform capabilities, including cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, GitOps delivery with ArgoCD, observability platforms, identity, developer tooling, and reusable services that support full-stack product teams using C#/.NET, React.js, and SQL Server.
• Drive our AWS infrastructure strategy, leveraging cloud-native services, automation, containerization, monitoring, and incident response practices for high availability and performance.
• Establish and improve ArgoCD-based deployment patterns for Kubernetes workloads, ensuring Git remains the source of truth for environment configuration, release promotion, drift detection, rollback, access separation, and auditable production change control.
• Ensure all engineering practices meet rigorous security standards (HIPAA, SOC2, & PCI).
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Security, and Design to define platform milestones, reduce delivery friction, and enable product teams to iterate confidently toward long-term initiatives.

📌 Required Qualifications

• 8+ years in software, infrastructure, platform, or DevOps engineering with 3+ years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven track record leading teams that build and operate scalable SaaS platforms.
• Competency with AWS, Kubernetes, infrastructure automation, CI/CD, ArgoCD, GitOps practices, observability platforms, with the ability to guide platform standards across monitoring, alerting, tracing, deployment automation, and production readiness.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to break down complex and long running projects into reasonable milestones that can be used to show progress to stakeholders and keep the ball moving.

⭐ Desirable Experience

• Experience with C#/.NET, React.js, and SQL Server.
• Experience with HIPAA, SOC2, and PCI compliance.
• Experience with ArgoCD and GitOps practices.

🎁 Benefits

• Base Salary Range: $225,000 - $245,000 USD
