Responsibilities

• Ensure the smooth functioning of the Crypto Finance platforms, incl. both testing and shaping its development to enhance front-to-back processes that pass via a respective platform
• Coordinate improvements with the respective Product Manager
• Coordination and support for complex technical client integrations, e.g. setting up test account and api-connections for prospects and guiding them through the necessary steps
• Implement operational best practices, e.g. automated reconciliations
• Create and maintain operational workflows in such a way that they adhere to technical standards and can be carried out in an operator-friendly and efficient manner
• Contribute to documenting such front-to-back workflows
• Work in close cooperation with other team members, including traders, operators, product manager and salespeople.
• Also cover daily operations tasks, initially to get good insights into current processes and when there is demand (e.g. holiday coverage and high volume days)
• Represent Platform Management in internal governance bodies and committees

Requirements

• Experience with front-to-back processing at a financial institution
• Good with numbers and high attention to detail
• Basic coding experience, be it only Excel macros
• Basic understanding of accounting
• Experience working as a project- and/or business manager is a plus
• Generally a good technical understanding, e.g. familiarity with API calls and structured (e.g. JSON) responses
• German and/or English professional proficiency
• Knowledge of and interest in blockchain technology and/or crypto assets
• Eligible to work in Switzerland
