Join Corti as a Senior Platform Engineer in this vital remote work engineering position, where you will lead the expansion and enhancement of our technology infrastructure. This role is pivotal in scaling our systems to support significant growth, focusing on our multi-tenant Kubernetes environment and improving the overall developer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product and site-reliability teams to ensure systems are scalable, reliable, and performant.
• Design and implement automation tools and frameworks to streamline development and operational processes.
• Develop architectural solutions to scale our platform in alignment with Corti's growth.
• Optimize tools and processes for our developers, enhancing their productivity and satisfaction.
• Promote a robust development culture at Corti through mentorship and proactive knowledge sharing.

Required Qualifications

• Over 6 years of experience in a Senior Platform Engineer or similar senior technical role.
• Advanced expertise in containerization and orchestration with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Strong proficiency with major cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Proficient in programming with Golang and Python.
• Experienced in managing distributed systems such as CockroachDB, ElasticSearch, or Apache Kafka.
• Skilled in crafting CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or Github Actions.
• Knowledgeable in Infrastructure as Code, preferably with Terraform.

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience developing Kubernetes operators.
• Experience in developing internal frontends, APIs, or CLI tools.
• Familiarity with implementing security standards such as SOC2, HIPAA, CJIS, or GDPR.
