Key Responsibilities

• Efficiently plan and deliver cloud-based solutions and services to customers.
• Maximize customer engagement and satisfaction with Cloudflare's products, providing expert advice on best practices.
• Accurately gather both business and technical requirements to architect and implement effective cloud solutions.
• Create detailed technical documentation including Solution Design, High-Level Design (HLD), Low-Level Design (LLD), and migration strategies.
• Execute changes within the Cloudflare environment, adhering to customer-specific change management protocols.

Required Qualifications

• Over 7 years of experience in a customer-facing role as a Cloud Consultant or similar engineering position.
• Demonstrated expertise with Cloudflare or comparable cloud technologies.
• Advanced proficiency in developing serverless applications within a CI/CD pipeline using Agile methodologies.
• Strong understanding of network layers and protocols including TCP/IP, TLS, DNS, and HTTP.

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with JavaScript/TypeScript and Workers APIs.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve implementation issues, with a capability to work collaboratively across teams.
