We’re looking for a Senior DevOps/Platform Engineer to join our team at Zowie. As we grow and bring larger enterprise customers onto our AI platform, we need someone who can tackle challenges at the intersection of infrastructure, application architecture, and developer experience. This is a remote position based in Poland.
Key Responsibilities
Take end-to-end ownership of initiatives: from problem discovery to design, implementation, delivery, and maintenance
Work with AWS and GCP infrastructure, including IaC, networking, compute, IAM, and secrets
Define and implement patterns for auditability, secure access, logging, traceability, and compliance
Communicate with various stakeholders to understand infrastructure challenges and provide solution plans
Collaborate closely with developers to improve developer experience through platform decisions

Required Qualifications
5+ years in DevOps / SRE / Platform Engineering roles
High degree of ownership and ability to drive projects from start to finish
Experience with GCP or AWS (IAM, networking, compute, storage, common managed services)
Experience with Infrastructure as Code in a multi-datacenter/multi-cloud deployment setup
Stakeholder management skills - balancing needs of dev, infra, security, and product
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a pragmatic can-do attitude
Good familiarity with CI/CD processes and approaches
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with visualization tools like Kibana, Grafana, Prometheus
Experience with storage tech like MongoDB, Postgres, Cassandra, Redis, Elasticsearch
