DevOps Engineer

Role
We create a clean backend solution for our mobile and web trading application. With international expansion and conversion to product. It forces us to face and solve technology challenges on a expert level, with geographical distribution, adaptive scaling and product thinking approach.

What you will do on a day-to-day basis:

• Writing pipelines for services and libraries
• Writing automation tooling in python.
• Conducting research and creating PoCs for various purposes of the product engineering department.
• Supporting developers when they face issues with pipelines, deployments, or our tooling.

• Deep expertise in python, writing code with OOP.

Technology stack

Python, Django, REST, GCP, gPRC, Kubernetes, Docker, GitlabCI, Terraform, Prometheus, Microservices, Kafka, & Databases

About you

• At least 5 years of experience in Software Development (ideally Python)
• At least 3 years of experience with DevOps principles, tools and frameworks
• Understanding of application development methodologies
• Understanding REST, WebSocket and gPRC protocols
• Working experience with continuous integration tools(Gitlab Ci,/Jenkins)
• Working experience with Docker and Kubernetes
• Working experience with message brokers (kafka)
• Working experience with monitoring systems (Prometheus, Grafana)
• Working experience with RDMS (MySQL, PostgreSQL or other) and NoSQL Database (MongoDB or other)

Nice to have (but not essential)

• Experience with Google Cloud Platform OR another Cloud hosting platform (AWS / AZURE)
• Experience with Terraform
• English B2+
