Job Overview

Zapier’s Internal Platform provides engineers with a reliable, frictionless foundation for building, shipping, and operating software. Our Cloud team owns AWS governance, cloud spending and user experience in the cloud, and we’re hiring a Site Reliability Engineer to help strengthen Zapier’s reliability posture.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and operate cloud systems
• Strengthen observability and incident response practices
• Build resilient services supporting high-traffic workloads

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in cloud engineering or related field
• Experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure
• Proficiency in Python, Go, or similar programming language
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and documentation abilities
