🎯 The Role

As a student assistant in project management, you will be involved in various stages of project execution, supporting the team in achieving project goals efficiently.

✅ Key Responsibilities

• Supporting team members (m/w/d) in project processing in all project stages and action areas according to AHO
• Creating and maintaining project-specific organizational guidelines (project handbook)
• Independently checking invoices and supplements
• Creating and maintaining schedules (framework schedule, LV schedule, construction schedule)
• Checking performance specifications
• Participating in and documenting meetings and site inspections
• Creating tender documents

📌 Required Qualifications

• Current studies in civil engineering, construction management, or architecture, or industrial engineering with a corresponding focus in Bachelor's or Master's degree
• Preferably relevant work experience in a student worker position or through internships, e.g., also in project management or construction management, planning, etc.
• Exceptional self-motivation, hands-on mentality, and a very high willingness to learn
• Strong communication and networking skills as well as very good German language skills
• Proactive and independent working style
