Twelve Labs is seeking an Infrastructure Engineer to join our team in Seoul, South Korea. As an Infrastructure Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and building the core infrastructure that supports our AI SaaS platform, ensuring it is stable, scalable, and efficient.

About the Team

The Infrastructure team at Twelve Labs builds end-to-end high-quality data for the training and evaluation of our multimodal AI models. We collect, filter, process, and label various multimodal data such as video, images, and audio, and collaborate with various teams to design training data that can bring out new model capabilities. We also develop internal tools to efficiently perform all these processes and continuously improve them.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and build core infrastructure for our AI SaaS platform
• Handle system architecture in various cloud and on-premise environments
• Build robust infrastructure supporting video AI foundation models
• Optimize performance, security, and flexibility in a fast-paced startup environment
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to implement AI products

Required Qualifications

• Experience in infrastructure construction and operation in AWS, GCP, Azure, etc.
• Experience with Terraform, Ansible, etc. for automation and architecture design
• Experience with Kubernetes and container-based workload operations
• Scripting and automation experience with Python, Go, TypeScript, etc.
• Experience with CI/CD pipeline design and operation

Preferred Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as an infrastructure engineer
• Experience with multi-tenant architecture design and operation in enterprise SaaS environments
• Experience with infrastructure architecture design and audit response according to security and compliance standards
• Experience with building advanced monitoring and logging systems
• Experience with infrastructure operations that consider both performance optimization and cost efficiency
• English communication skills
