Job Overview
Join the Technical Infrastructure SRE team at TikTok, responsible for managing the entire infrastructure and applications. Ensure all production systems support our fast-growing worldwide user base while maintaining stability, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
Reliability: Ensure system high availability and reliability, focusing on performance and capacity, and establish O&M standards and SOP processes.
Reliability: Troubleshoot technical issues, collaborate with technical teams on capacity planning, performance testing, anomaly analysis, and fault diagnosis.
Efficiency: Research and evaluate large-scale system architectures and technologies, using new tools to improve systems and processes.
Efficiency: Design and implement O&M platforms for automated and intelligent system maintenance.
Cost: Develop delivery standards for mass production system scales to optimize IT costs.
Compliance: Design new IDCs and implement data protection plans to meet standard requirements.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science or related field.
Solid knowledge of computer software, Linux OS, storage, and network IO principles.
Familiarity with programming languages like Python, Go, and Java, including design patterns and coding principles.
Familiarity with Elastic Search.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with storage systems: KV, Table, Graph, Redis, MySQL, MongoDB, MQ, and Kafka.
Experience with computing and big data: Kubernetes, Docker/Containers, AIops, Spark, Flink, Function as a service, RPC Framework, and Service Mesh.
