Ops Engineer, Global SRE

Job Overview

Join TikTok's MLOps - Global SRE team responsible for the stability of machine learning systems under the Global Monetization Products and Technology organization. This engineering position ensures stable and efficient operations of machine learning models from data preparation to serving.

Key Responsibilities

• Set SLOs for online machine learning serving systems and maintain stability
• Ensure stability of offline machine learning training tasks and improve success rates
• Roll out GPU model training in Non-China regions
• Maintain stability of AIGC related machine learning tasks
• Manage and plan machine learning resources including cost, budget, and efficiency

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or similar technical field
• Expertise in Linux operating systems, networking, and storage
• Experience programming in Python, Go, C, C++, or Java
• Experience in troubleshooting application issues or production operations
• Effective communication skills and a sense of ownership
