Job Overview
Join TikTok's Data Infrastructure SRE team responsible for the reliability, scalability, and efficiency of core data services that power our products. This is a hands-on engineering position focused on building resilient and high-performance platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as a first responder for production alerts and incidents
Execute established runbooks to mitigate issues and escalate effectively
Perform routine operational tasks following change control processes
Automate repetitive manual tasks using scripting languages
Improve observability through monitoring dashboards and alert tuning
Support data center operations and AI infrastructure
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
2+ years experience in SRE, DevOps, or similar role
Experience with scripting languages (Python, Bash, Go)
Solid understanding of Linux and networking concepts
