Lead SRE / DevOps

Job Overview

Theodo Cloud is seeking a Lead SRE / DevOps Engineer to join our team in Paris. As a Lead SRE, you will be responsible for the technical strategy of projects, delivery, and the progression of your team. This is a full-time position with the opportunity for remote work up to 2 days per week.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the technical strategy for projects, including infrastructure construction, migration, automation, DevX, and security


• Contribute to project delivery using technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, AWS, and Google Cloud


• Mentor and guide your team through training and pair programming


• Participate in internal projects to improve indicators, create training materials, and contribute to open source initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as an SRE or DevOps Engineer


• Experience with modern technical stack including Kubernetes, Terraform, and public cloud providers


• Strong team collaboration and leadership skills


• Commitment to the development and growth of the company
