Job Overview

Theodo Cloud is seeking a Lead SecOps / DevSecOps to join our team in Paris. As a Lead SecOps / DevSecOps, you will be responsible for the security strategy of projects, delivery, and the progression of your team. This is a CDI position with the possibility of working remotely up to 2 days per week.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement security strategies for projects, including audits, identification of vulnerabilities, secure-by-design architecture, and remediation.


• Contribute to project advancement through hands-on technical work with IAM, network security, penetration testing, cloud security tools, CI/CD, hardening, and secrets management.


• Lead and mentor your team through training, pair programming, and coaching.


• Contribute to internal projects, such as improving security standards, creating training materials, and technical leadership.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in SecOps or DevSecOps roles.


• Experience with modern technical stack: Kubernetes, Terraform, public cloud providers.


• Expertise in infrastructure security concepts: advanced IAM, network security (VPC, firewalls, WAF), CI/CD, penetration testing, and audit methodologies.


• Strong team player with a desire to contribute to the company's growth.
