Forward Deployed Infrastructure Engineer

Job Overview

Teleskope is redefining data security for the AI era with the only dedicated platform that combines precise visibility with automated remediation. We are seeking an exceptional infrastructure engineer to deliver Teleskope's software to the world’s leading enterprises.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead single-tenant deployments across various clouds and compute configurations
• Interface with customers to understand their unique requirements and develop solutions
• Monitor and improve key service metrics like availability, scalability, latency, and health
• Provide technical troubleshooting support for customer production issues
• Become a go-to resource for fine tuning our application for NVIDIA GPUs across multiple clouds
• Occasionally travel to work on site with customers

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience deploying, managing, and operating scalable infrastructure in AWS, Azure and other public clouds
• Experience using Kubernetes, Helm, and Terraform
• Basic understanding of networking in cloud or hybrid environments
• Proficiency in at least one scripting language
• Solid knowledge of Linux internals
• Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• BS/BA in computer science or related field, or equivalent work experience
• Must be based in NYC (hybrid work model)
