As our Senior Cloud/SRE Engineer, you'll have the freedom to work from home or from our modern offices. You'll be responsible for creating and developing a reliability framework for our company. You'll have direct impact on Cloud usage efficiency, driving a strong observability framework. There is also opportunity to work closely with engineering teams to collaborate on the architecture of our platform, striving for high quality, stability, scalability and efficiency.
The Platform team is composed of software engineers with a passion for internal tooling. You will be part of a talented multidisciplinary infrastructure platform team working with the latest technologies. You will own the cloud infrastructure of our product, and be responsible for designing, deploying, securing and monitoring the environments for all our services and tools.
Work on the Cloud/SRE team that empowers developers to build reliability into our applications, backend services and data processing tools.
Develop software that enables us to ship products and updates to customers fast, constantly, and reliably.
Work closely with our product teams to support them with infrastructure, observability, CI/CD topics and the like, as well as, develop tools with them that can improve the developer experience and shorten delivery cycles.
Mentor team members and developers, create a culture of high awareness for infrastructure and reliability practices.
Participate in on-call rotations to provide timely support during critical incidents and assist colleagues in resolving urgent issues.
Drive strategic improvements in core areas of our platform and product engineering, acting as a catalyst for innovation and enhancement.
3+ years of experience managing public cloud platforms: GCP (preferred), Azure or AWS with IaC best practices.
2+ years of experience running production systems in a micro-services architecture using Kubernetes (GKE preferred).
Experience with Site Reliability Engineering practices and helping team introduce them into their outcomes.
Experience with cloud native observability practices (logging/monitoring/tracing/alerting) and tools like Prometheus, Grafana, etc.
Experience with IaC tools like Terraform(-cdk), cdk8s, etc.
Previous experience deploying maintainable and scalable distributed systems based on reliable and fault-tolerant services.
Proficient with at least one of the following programming languages: Go (preferred) or TypeScript.
Experience with CI/CD solutions like Github Actions (preferred), GitLab, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, CircleCi, etc.
Experience scripting with Bash and operating Linux based servers.
Exposure to on-call rotation.
Good knowledge and experience with SDLC methodologies, with emphasis on Scrum based Agile software development.

Experience managing MySQL and PostgreSQL.
Experience with GitOps tools like ArgoCD or Flux.
Experience with MacOS based CI/CD runners for iOS apps.
Experience in DevSecOps tooling.
Experience with Zero Trust networking tools like Tailscale, GCP IAP etc.
