DevOps Engineer

We are looking for a DevOps Engineer with more than 3 years of experience. You will be:

• Monitoring system performance and resolving issues to ensure optimal functionality, efficiency, and security of the IT infrastructure.
• Conducting routine maintenance tasks, including application updates or downgrades.
• Addressing and resolving Helpdesk queries to offer support to internal departments.
• Managing user access and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) according to compliance policies.
• Participating in paid on-call duties on a rotating basis, with one-week shifts every three weeks.
• Designing, documenting, and implementing security policies for system protection.
• Leveraging continuous integration tools to identify development issues proactively.
• Creating automated deployment systems through configuration management technologies.

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong proven experience in the administration of Linux-based systems
• Strong experience with Docker & Kubernetes.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• Proven experience working with AWS or Azure.
• Proven experience managing databases and networks
• Proven experience with continuous integration tools (like Jenkins) and monitoring tools (like Riemann, Prometheus, Grafana, or ElasticSearch)
• Critical thinking and great problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of security systems and data backup/recovery will be a plus
• Knowledge of tools like Ansible/Terraform will be a plus
