We are seeking a skilled and experienced DevOps Platform Engineer to join our team at Tail Light, LLC [Bouncie]. As a DevOps Platform Engineer, you will play a key role in designing, building, and maintaining our infrastructure and deployment pipelines to ensure the reliability and scalability of our web applications.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve infrastructure and performance issues.
Maintain, automate, and streamline our deployment processes.
Collaborate with software development teams to optimize application performance and scalability.
Implement security best practices and ensure compliance with industry standards.
Stay up-to-date with the latest DevOps tools and technologies.

Requirements
Strong proficiency in DevOps methodologies including hands-on experience with containerization tools like Rancher and Docker.
Experience with implementing and managing infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
Familiarity with scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
Proficiency in the Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket) for project management and collaboration.
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS and Google Cloud along with knowledge of Cloudflare.
Competence in Google Workspace administration and configuration.
Experience with VMware for virtualization.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
Proven experience in a DevOps Engineer or similar role.
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and associated tools, such as Bamboo, Jenkins, or GitLab CI.
Experience with monitoring and logging tools, such as CloudWatch or ELK Stack.
