The Systems Administrator is responsible for the design, installation, configuration, and maintenance of all company computer systems—such as cloud servers, switches, firewalls, and cloud-based tools. They are also tasked with coordinating with other departments to assist in technical projects when necessary. This role leads IT projects end to end, including infrastructure migrations, software rollouts, and cross-functional technology initiatives, and supports the IT team's contribution to the company's SOC 2 audit cycle.
