You actively contribute with ideas, take responsibility for central cloud and infrastructure topics, and support our colleagues as a competent contact person in everyday IT.

🎯 The Role

You will be responsible for the stable and secure operation of our cloud-based IT infrastructure, administering and optimizing our Microsoft-365 landscape, analyzing technical problem-solving, and managing user accounts and permissions.

✅ Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the stable and secure operation of our cloud-based IT infrastructure.
• Administer and optimize our Microsoft-365 landscape (Azure, Intune, Exchange, and Teams).
• Analyze technical problem-solving, develop suitable solutions, and implement them independently.
• Manage users, groups, roles, and permissions within our systems.
• Support the operation and further development of our network environment, bringing knowledge in TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.
• Implement technical improvements and infrastructure projects independently.
• Ensure the security, performance, and availability of our IT systems sustainably.

📌 Required Qualifications

• Completed IT training (e.g., IT Specialist for System Integration) or a degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification.
• Experience in administering modern IT infrastructures with a focus on Microsoft 365 and/or Azure.
• Experience in first- and second-level support and handling user requests.
• Practical knowledge in TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN.
• Experience in user, group, and permission management.
• Knowledge in operating and further developing Microsoft cloud environments.
• The ability to analyze technical challenges independently and develop sustainable solutions.
• A structured, reliable, and independent way of working.
• Very good German language skills (at least C1 level).

⭐ Desirable Experience

• Experience with Windows and macOS device management.
• Azure certifications (e.g., AZ-104).
• Experience with AI-supported tools and automation solutions.
