🎯 The Role
The System Administrator will be responsible for supporting IT infrastructure, managing service providers, controlling access to systems and services, and helping non-technical teams solve technical tasks.

📌 Required Qualifications
Understanding of access management principles: SSO, MFA, groups and roles, principle of least privilege
Practical experience with Google Workspace or similar services (users, groups, email)
Basic knowledge of DNS, networks, and VPN
Confident work with Windows/macOS
Able to quickly understand new SaaS services and read English documentation
Attention to detail, responsibility for access and account data
Communication skills: clear communication with employees, clarifying requests, explaining solutions in simple language
Strong desire to grow and learn in administration, security, and automation
⭐ Desirable Experience
Experience with Okta or another IdP (Azure AD, JumpCloud)
Experience with password managers (1Password, Bitwarden)
Cloudflare: DNS, domain management; understanding of SPF/DKIM/DMARC
GCP (IAM, service accounts)
IaC (Terraform, Pulumi) and Git
MDM for Apple (Jamf, Kandji, Intune)
Scripting (Python, Bash) or automation through n8n, Zapier
Experience in technical support or helpdesk, working with ticketing systems (YouTrack, Jira)
Slack at the administrator level
Interest in security and compliance (PCI DSS, ISO 27001), AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude)
