Key Responsibilities

System Reliability and Infrastructure Management

• Design and implement fault-tolerant systems across cloud and bare-metal setups ensuring high availability and resilience.
• Utilize Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform and Kubernetes to manage production systems efficiently.
• Deploy and oversee trusted execution environments (TEEs) for secure operations within blockchain frameworks.
• Develop and maintain observability and alerting systems using tools like Grafana and AlertManager.
• Optimize system performance to handle high throughput and resource demands effectively.
• Enhance security measures and manage cryptographic key lifecycle with minimal service disruption.
• Construct robust CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions to support multi-environment deployments.
• Lead incident response initiatives and chaos engineering practices to ensure system robustness.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to troubleshoot and optimize deployment and operational procedures.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in DevOps or SRE roles, focusing on automation and proactive infrastructure management.
• Proficient in systems programming languages such as Rust, Go, Python, and Shell scripting.
• Experienced in code review, documentation, and disaster recovery planning within live blockchain environments.
• Advanced understanding of cloud infrastructure components including networking, orchestration, containerization, and storage solutions.
• Demonstrated capability in designing and deploying systems that improve throughput, latency, reliability, and security.
• Effective communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical details clearly.
• Proactive, self-starter attitude with a commitment to continuous learning and problem-solving in high-pressure situations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in distributed systems and consensus algorithms.
