🎯 The Role

You will drive the evolution of our DevOps capabilities, mentor senior engineers, influence technical strategy, and collaborate closely with engineering leadership and cross-functional teams. This is a high-impact role focused on ownership of critical infrastructure components, CI/CD excellence, and cloud-native solutions.

✅ Key Responsibilities

• Design and evolve self-service tools, service templates, scaffolding, and paved-road patterns that embody best practices for engineering teams.
• Infrastructure as Code: Design, implement, and maintain scalable, secure cloud infrastructure using Terraform (or CloudFormation) at enterprise scale.
• CI/CD Mastery: Lead the design and optimization of robust, automated deployment pipelines supporting our “Single Tool Chain” initiative, incorporating GitOps practices.
• Kubernetes & Container Orchestration: Architect, manage, and scale our EKS environments, including advanced networking, ingress, resource optimization, observability, and reliability engineering.
• Build and enhance developer tooling, platform APIs, and abstractions that significantly improve developer experience and productivity.
• Reliability & Automation: Drive improvements in observability, incident response, chaos engineering, and platform resilience. Write production-grade automation in Python, Go, or Java.
• Technical Leadership: Provide mentorship to Senior and mid-level DevOps/SRE engineers, drive engineering standards, conduct design reviews, and champion DevOps b
