🎯 The Role
We are looking for a SRE/Performance Engineer to work in a banking environment, focused on the configuration, monitoring, and analysis of solutions for performance testing.
✅ Key Responsibilities
Gestiona tickets related to performance through ServiceNow.
Configure solutions in QA environments for performance testing execution.
Work with TPS (Transactions Per Second) to define test conditions.
Monitor metrics and behavior of solutions during testing.
Analyze observability metrics to verify values are within expected parameters.
Perform adjustments to CPU and memory when values exceed established limits.
Work with trace information and response times of different microservices.
📌 Required Qualifications
Architecture: solid experience in microservices.
Event-Driven: mastery of event-oriented architectures with Kafka and RabbitMQ.
Platform: knowledge of Kubernetes/OpenShift, Networking, and Security.
Knowledge of AWS/EKS.
Experience with observability tools like Grafana and Prometheus.
Knowledge of Loki.
Knowledge of performance/performance testing.
Experience with ServiceNow.
Knowledge of Jenkins.
Reside in Argentina.
⭐ Desirable Experience
Previous experience in the banking or financial sector.
Knowledge of API-first architecture and resilience patterns like Circuit Breaker and Bulkhead.
Knowledge of Java, .NET, Node.js, or Python.
Experience with AppDynamics and Panda.
