🎯 The Role

As a Senior Staff Infrastructure Engineer, you will serve as a technical leader on our Platform team, driving the design, implementation, and operation of our infrastructure systems. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our platform is scalable, resilient, and secure, enabling our customers to tokenize and manage sensitive payment data with confidence.

✅ Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of infrastructure solutions that support our global payments platform.
• Ensure high availability, scalability, and security of our infrastructure systems.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate infrastructure components into our platform.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers in infrastructure and platform engineering.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies to continuously improve our infrastructure.

📌 Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in infrastructure engineering, with a focus on cloud platforms and distributed systems.
• Strong expertise in AWS, Kubernetes, and other cloud-native technologies.
• Experience with Java, TypeScript, or Python in a production environment.
• Deep understanding of payment systems, security protocols, and compliance requirements (PCI, SOC2, ISO27001).
• Proven track record of leading technical projects and driving results.

• Experience with AI-augmented SDLC tooling and modern development practices.
• Background in high-scale, mission-critical systems.
• Experience with reliability engineering and platform maintenance.
