Site Reliability Engineering and Observability
Significant experience in production environments
Expertise in observability platform (Dynatrace, Datadog, New Relic, AppDynamics)
Practical experience with performance monitoring, RUM, instrumentation, and monitoring agents
Alert management
Access control based on roles (RBAC)
Management of SLOs
Governance and standards for tagging
Cloud and Distributed Systems
Good knowledge of OpenTelemetry
Automation and DevOps
Experience with infrastructure automation and operations
Proficiency in Terraform
Scripting in Bash
Experience with GitLab or other CI/CD workflows
Leadership and Collaboration
Proven ability to lead technical projects
Experience in operational environments
Experience in Agile
Excellent communication skills in French and English (oral and written)
Strong organizational, collaboration, and prioritization skills
Strong sense of reliability, documentation, and operational excellence
Strong sense of governance
Supplementary Experience
