Key Responsibilities
Technical Implementation and Strategy
Design and implement observability solutions tailored to customer needs.
Contribute directly to customer codebases and assist with debugging and deployments.
Documentation and Process Optimization
Create and maintain technical documentation, integration guides, and best practices that are actually utilized by engineering teams.
Identify patterns in customer deployments to enhance product defaults, templates, and tooling.
Requirements
2-6 years of experience in technical roles such as DevOps engineer, SRE engineer, or Platform Engineer.
Strong background in containerization, Kubernetes, and infrastructure as code with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
Proficient in multiple programming languages including Go, Python, Node.js, and Java.
Exceptional skills in technical writing and creating documentation that engineers find useful.
Adept at systems thinking with the ability to understand and monitor complex distributed architectures.

Compensation
