Key Responsibilities

Infrastructure and Systems Development

• Design and maintain scalable, resilient infrastructure solutions for a growing platform and customer base.
• Implement robust monitoring, alerting, and logging systems to proactively address and resolve issues.
• Automate deployment processes and optimize infrastructure management using advanced DevOps tools and methodologies.
• Enhance backend architecture for cloud and on-premise deployments, ensuring high performance and reliability.
• Lead initiatives to boost infrastructure reliability, performance, and cost-efficiency.

Platform Engineering and Collaboration

• Contribute to setting and prioritizing the product roadmap to maximize customer impact.
• Work collaboratively across various teams to integrate and streamline platform operations.

Requirements

Technical Expertise

• Minimum 3 years of experience in distributed systems, focusing on cloud-based environments like AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Proficiency in containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, version control systems, and automated testing frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of cloud, on-premises, networking, and service architecture in multi-region, multi-cloud setups.

Compensation

Salary range: $150,000 - $200,000 per year, plus equity and comprehensive benefits.

Location

Our team is based in El Segundo, with hybrid work options available. We require in-person collaboration twice a week to foster team synergy and effective client interactions.
