Our Platforms Team is composed of diverse and dynamic engineers focused on crafting and maintaining high-performance platforms, primarily leveraging AWS and Kubernetes. We prioritize growing our team's skillset through structured learning, including dedicated Friday training sessions and daily collaborative pair-programming and shadowing. We do have an Error Budget, track our key performance indicators and foster observability. We’re also aware we’re not Google or Netflix, and we adapt SRE and Agile to fit our unique context, always genuinely trying to walk the talk.

• Architectural Vision: Shaping the design of our future platforms.
• Performance & Reliability: Enhancing the robustness and efficiency of our current systems.
• Security Integration: Embedding security best practices early in the development lifecycle with a DevSecOps \"shift-left\" mindset.
• Automation: Eliminating TOIL to boost efficiency and ensure sustainable operations.

You will also participate in structured incident response, post-mortem analysis, and predictable, paid on-call rotations that are intentionally easy on your personal time.
