Key Responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain robust data pipelines and infrastructure to support our data analytics and reporting needs
Ensure high availability, reliability, and performance of our data systems and services
Implement monitoring, alerting, and automation to proactively identify and resolve issues
Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and engineers to understand requirements and deliver scalable solutions
Optimize data storage, processing, and querying for efficiency and cost-effectiveness
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
5+ years of experience in data engineering, site reliability engineering, or related roles
Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and data services
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Scala
Experience with distributed systems, data storage solutions, and ETL processes
Understanding of database technologies (SQL and NoSQL)
Experience with monitoring tools and incident response
