Our company offers telesurveillance solutions in oncology, gastroenterology, and psychiatry, based on the collection of ePRO associated with AI techniques. They rely on a monitoring platform for healthcare professionals, enabling early detection of side effects for continuous and anticipated management, and a mobile application for patients, allowing them to measure and manage their symptoms thanks to adapted resources. 🎯 The Role

In a few words: you embody security on a daily basis for all teams, in pair with our Security Engineer. Your main ground is the product: understand what we build, analyze risks as early as possible, negotiate what needs to be done within the features, and ensure corrections are made with those who write the code. Your impact: our solutions are used in routine in more than 200 healthcare facilities. Security is not a theoretical topic: it conditions the trust of caregivers and the protection of patient data. You build a truly effective security, not a facade security. Your daily routine: Go to the product and engineering teams, understand what they build and how they work, and be the person people spontaneously come to. Analyze the security of projects and features as early as possible, and negotiate the arbitrages that matter without blocking deliveries. Pilot the correction of vulnerabilities and pentest findings: prioritize by real risk, track until resolution. Provide teams with techniques, solutions, and truly adoptable by-design processes. Detect, qualify, and treat security incidents, then draw lessons. Deploy the security program and the compliance program in an environment with high regulatory requirements.

📌 Required Qualifications

• Be able to analyze the security of a product, project, or feature as early as possible.
• Be able to prioritize vulnerabilities and pentest findings based on real risk, then manage their correction with the teams that write the code.
• Be able to negotiate security trade-offs within the scope and deadlines of a feature, without blocking delivery.
• Be able to design security rules, techniques, and processes that are truly adoptable by design.
• Be able to detect, qualify, and treat a security incident, then draw lasting improvements.
• Be able to communicate credibly with teams on the fundamentals of application and cloud security.

⭐ Desirable Experience

• Have a degree in engineering or equivalent.
• Have at least 5 years of experience in a technical environment, including a significant portion in security.
• Have solid experience within a SaaS company.
• Have led a cross-functional project from start to finish with multiple teams.
• Have used professional English in writing and orally.
• Have worked in a highly regulated environment, particularly in healthcare, with ISO 27001 or NIS2.
• Have led security awareness or enablement initiatives.
• Have already used developer tools driven by orchestrators or harnesses, and created reusable skills or agents.
